| Siamo davvero contenti di riavere con noi le ragazze del Camelot Handbal, ambasciatrici del nostro torneo e vere amanti della città di Gaeta e della Calise Cup.La squadra di pallamano del Camelot Handbal sta tornando, dato che soltanto il Covid ha impedito di partecipare anche lo scorso anno viste le restrizioni in terra olandese, e speriamo che si godranno il loro soggiorno come sempre, facendoci anche divertire con i loro balletti sul campo ed il divertimento durante le gare."Camelot è un club studentesco di pallamano dei Paesi Bassi (Tilburg) fondato nel 1992. Durante l'inverno giocano a pallamano indoor e in estate amano giocare a beach handball sulle spiagge straniere e amano viaggiare in tutto il mondo.Il torneo EBT di Gaeta è sempre molto speciale per il loro club, poichè è stato tra i primi torneo internazionale di beach handball a cui hanno partecipato, per poi salire anche sul tetto d'Europa e diventare campionesse alle Finali Ebt di Umago nel 2013, nonchè vice campionesse a Budaors nel 2015.Dicono: "Siamo sempre molto contente di visitare Gaeta e giocare a beach handball perché c'è sempre il sole, ci sono tanti gelati e pizze, un'atmosfera fantastica e, non da ultimo, persone molto simpatiche".Tornano a Gaeta dopo l'esaltante edizione 2019, quale vide Heynen e compagne arrivare al 2° posto perdendo soltanto la finale contro la Nazionale Italiana.Tornano con l'obiettivo di migliorare quella posizione, che vorrebbe dire alzare la coppa del 1° posto!Bentornate ragazze e buona fortuna |
| We are really happy to have Camelot Handbal girls back with us, ambassadors of our tournament and true lovers of the city of Gaeta and the Calise Cup.The Camelot Handbal team is returning, only Covid denied them to participate last year due to the restrictions in Netherlands, and we hope that they will enjoy their stay as always, also making us enjoy their dances on court, fun during the races and at player's party."Camelot is a student handball club from the Netherlands (Tilburg) founded in 1992. During the winter they play indoor handball and in the summer they love to play beach handball on foreign beaches and they love to travel all over the world"The EBT tournament in Gaeta is always very special for their club, as it was among one of the first international beach handball tournament in which they participated, and then also climbed to the top of Europe and became champions at the Ebt Finals in Umag in 2013, as well as vice champions in Budaors in 2015.They say: "We are always very happy to visit Gaeta and play beach handball because there is always the sun, there are lots of ice creams and pizzas, a fantastic atmosphere and, last but not least, very nice people".
They return to Gaea after the exciting 2019 edition, which saw Ires Heynen and her teammates ending on 2nd place, just after losing the final against the Italian national team.
They return with the aim of improving that position, which would mean raising the cup of 1st place!

| Per la prima volta, nella nostra storia dei tornei di beach handball, avremo una squadra femminile greca all'EBT Calise Cup 2022.AEP PANORAMA è una novità nel mondo della pallamano da spiaggia.Istituito nel 2021, dopo la decisione del consiglio direttivo della squadra di pallamano greca AEP PANORAMA di giocare anche sulla sabbia.Hanno ottenuto per la prima volta la qualificazione alla Final Four Nazionale del campionato greco e si sono piazzate al 3° posto.Si tratta di una squadra composta da un roster molto giovane, pieno di ambizione e amore per il beach handball.L'idea di partecipare fuori dai confini greci mostra la dedizione nel guadagnare esperienza, migliorare ed essere competitive.Per la prossima stagione il consiglio vuole investire anche nelle accademie giovanili.Participants Calise Cup 2022For the first time in our beach handball story we will have a greek women team at EBT Calise Cup 2022 |
| AEP PANORAMA is new on beach handball.Established on 2021, after greek handball team AEP PANORAMA board decision to play also on the sand.They achived for the first time Greek National Final Four qualification and placed third.
It's a team composed by a very young roster, full of ambition and love for beach handball.
The idea of team's participation out of greek boarders shows the dedication to earn experience, improvement and be competitive.
For the next season board also wants to invest in youth academies. |

Dopo due anni di assenza dovuta alla Pandemia da Covid-19, anche le ragazze della Pallamano Grosseto sono pronte e più cariche che mai per riassaggiare la sabbia di Serapo ed approdare alla Calise Cup 2022Nel loro palmarès le giovani toscane possono vantare due titoli di Campionesse d'Italia (2016 e 2021) e per due volte Vice-Campionesse (2018 e 2019)..Proprio nel 2019 ottenero la medaglia d'argento a Gaeta alle finali del Campionato Italiano e chiusero al 4° posto il torneo Ebt, migliorando egregiamente i due 9° posti consecutivi delle due edizioni precedenti, alle spalle di formazioni del calibro di Nazionale Italiana, TSHV Camelot (Olanda) e Detono Zagreb (Croazia)Tornano dunque agguerrite a Gaeta e con l'obiettivo minimo di salire sul podio questa volta.In casa Grosseto c'è inoltre grande entusiasmo per la convocazione in Nazionale maggiore di Stella Maccari, giocatrice storica della Pallamano Grosseto nonostante la giovane età. La quale ha partecipato alle Ebt Finals di Isola delle Femmine, mettendosi ben in mostra ed ottenuto un ottimo 4° posto con la compagine del Blue Team.In bocca al lupo ragazze, brava Stella e bentornate Las Divinas

| After two years of absence because Covid-19 pandemic, even the girls of Pallamano Grosseto are ready and more charged than ever to re-experience the Serapo Beach and arrive at Calise Cup 2022In their palmarès the young Tuscans can boast two titles of Italian Champions (2016 and 2021) and twice Vice-Champions (2018 and 2019)..Precisely in 2019 they obtained the silver medal in Gaeta at the finals of the Italian Championship and closed the Ebt tournament in 4th place, greatly improving the two 9th consecutive places of the two previous editions, behind formations of the caliber of the Italian National Team, TSHV Camelot (Netherlands) and Detono Zagreb (Croatia).They are therefore returning to Gaeta with the minimum aim of getting on the podium this time.For Grosseto Club there is also great enthusiasm for the summoning of Stella Maccari, historic player of Handball Grosseto despite her young age, to the senior national team. Tra le squadre partecipanti, abbiamo l'onore di avere anche la nazionale italiana femminile alla Calise Cup 2022.Le azzurre del duo Daniel Lara Conos e Pedro Soria Serrano arriveranno a Gaeta dopo il raduno di Silvi Marina in Abruzzo, sede di un training camp che procederà fino alla partenza alla volta di Praga. È prossimo infatti il debutto, fissato al prossimo 7 luglio, negli EHF Championships di Praga. La manifestazione, che si protrarrà fino al 10 luglio nella capitale della Repubblica Ceca, sarà soprattutto un importante e obbligato passaggio per qualificarsi agli EHF EURO 2023 che si svolgeranno a Nazarè (Portogallo).
Il Blue Team si presenta a Gaeta dopo l'ottimo 4° posto ottenuto alle finali Ebt di Isola delle Femmine ad inizio Giugno. Con Nila Bertolino inserita nell'All Stars Team come miglior portiere.
La nazionale italiana femminile nel suo palmarès può vantare una medaglia di bronzo ai Mondiali del 2004 con Daniela Sposi nell'All Stars Teams.
Altri due bronzi agli Europei del 2011 (Carolina Balsanti inserita nell'All stars Team) e del 2015
Un oro agli Europei del 2009 con Sabrina Porini miglior portiere come avvenne ai mondiali del 2008, così come l'oro ai World Games nel 2009 quale vide Elena Barani nominata miglior pivot e Carolina Balsanti miglior realizzatrice.
Da non dimenticare assolutamente nel 2015 la medaglia d'oro ai Giochi del Mediterraneo di Pescara e nel 2019 l'argento alla Champions Cup di Catania.
Del Blue Team da qualche anno è entrata a far parte dello staff anche Alice Iannaccone, originaria di Gaeta e video analyst per la nazionale femminile.
