PARTICIPATION METHODS
1 – REGISTRATION AND CATEGORIES

Registration to the tournament will be formalized by sending the following duly completed documentation to the address

DEADLINES
Registrations must be submitted no later than Sunday 08 June 25 . Registrations
presented last and/or after the above mentioned date may be rejected by the organizing Company;
1.3 - CATEGORIES AND REGISTRATIONS;
• SENIORES female / male
- € 200 (two hundred) if registration occurs before May 15, 2025;
- € 250 (one hundred and fifty) if registration occurs by June 8, 25, the deadline for registration;
• YOUTH female / male
- € 60: U18 (born from Jan 01, 2007 and younger);
- € 20: U16 (born from Jan 01, 2009 and younger).
- Free U14 (born from 01 Jan 2011 and younger)
- Free U12 / U10 (born from 01 Jan 2009 and younger)
With the same group of players you cannot participate in two categories (concurrent matches will not be moved).
Prices are intended "per team".
2 - FORMULA OF CONDUCT
2.1 - The rules of the I.H.F and E.H.F. will be observed;
2.2 - It is recommended that each participant have an identity document, in case of request by the referees;
2.3 - The rules and the detailed program of the event will be announced after the registration of the teams;
2.4 - Each team will play a minimum of five matches;
2.5 - The elimination phase will take place from Friday 13 June at 15.00 until Saturday 14 June 2025; the semi-finals and finals will take place on Sunday 15 June 2025, in any case no later than 20:00 (morning and early afternoon);
2.6 - The Soc. CUS Cassino Gaeta 1984 reserves the right to communicate any changes to the program and/or to reject the registrations received last by 11 June 25, in the event that the accommodation availability is exceeded;
2.7 - The Organization is available to complete the program of the teams that wish to extend their stay by organizing friendly HANDBALL and BEACH HANDBALL matches.
3 – MATCH OFFICIALS AND REFEREES
3.1 The matches will be directed by referees from various nations, designated by the EHF and
by the Italian Referees Association of the F.I.G.H.;
3.2 Each foreign team may propose the participation of a referee. The
proposal must reach the organization by May 15, 2025 and must be
accompanied by a photocopy of the referee card validated by the respective
Federation in 2024/25 and an identification document. The organizers
reserve the right to decline the last applications received in case of an overabundance of the same.
• 4 – PARTIES
4.1 - Three parties will be organized, with free admission, dedicated to all participants
of the event:
- Friday 13 june, at the MIRAMARE establishment pizza and beer and “disco under the stars”
- Saturday 14 june, CAB establishment GRIGLIATA SULLA SPIAGGIA;
- Sunday 15 closing party at the Selene bathing establishment;
• 5 – ACCESS TO THE BEACHES
The organization offers all teams free access to the fantastic private beaches. Each team will be assigned a specific beach in which to stay, until the places offered by the agreement are sold out.
6 - STAY IN GAETA
The organization, to facilitate your stay in Gaeta, offers the following solutions with the structures in agreement:
– ACCOMMODATION
6.1 - B&B in hotels, B&B in apartments, and Apartments;
• Double room: € 50.00 until the places available are sold out.
• Quadruple / quintuple room: from € 45.00 until the places available are sold out;

The prices are per person per night + € 2.50 for the Municipal Tax of
Stay:
All reservations made after the seats in the agreement (80) have been sold out will be
subject to an increase depending on availability, always and in any case

•6.2 - INDIPENDENT SOLUTIONS
Teams that wish to independently provide for logistical accommodation
must necessarily indicate the address of their
accommodation in the appropriate registration form.
7– FOOD
7.1 - Morning breakfast (Italian) € 12.00 per person for 4 breakfasts (including
a drink and a dessert) from breakfast on the morning of June 13th to breakfast on the
morning of June 16th;
7.2 - Packed lunch € 8 Each packed lunch will consist of: 1 stuffed sandwich - 1
fruit - 1 small bottle of water (click here).
The meal is delivered directly to the fields. It is required to book packed lunches
by 6:00 pm the day before, to facilitate the organization in processing
all requests;

8– TRANSFERS
To reach the city of Gaeta, in addition to your own and public transport, the
CALISE CUP staff is available to organize transfers with private means (bus and/or
car).

9 – NOTE
9.1 - The CUS Cassino Gaeta 1984 Society reserves the right to communicate any changes to the
program;
9.2 - For the number of participants, variations in decrease of
a maximum of 5% will be permitted.
9.3 - The check-in operations of the teams will be carried out no later than
22:00 on 13 June 25.
